Bring a white elephant gift, (used and you can pick it right out of your room; no purchase required.) Then (not required, but it makes it fun) disguise the gift by the way you wrap it. be creative! Someone randomly assigns a number ( or you can figure out a creative way to start) The person with number one picks a gift and opens it. Number 2 picks a gift or steals number 1 and number 1 has to pick another gift. 3 picks a gift or steals number 1 or number 2's gift and so on.
