I’ve played all the Splinter Cell and Hitman games, and I’m trying to find more games like those, but there don’t seem to be many. Anybody know a good game like these?

I know several people who love the Civilization series of games and want to know other similar games. It is easy enough to find games like Age of Empires that have a similar concept but one of their favorite things about Civ is that it is turn based and not real time. They want to be able to take their time when thinking out their turns.
