Why don’t you try this site! It is very interactive and she can chat with others. She won’t be able to dress her penguin up unless she is a member. This costs money. She may change her color and get free items. Well, try it out and see if you like it. You also have to choice of having Standard Chat or Ultimate Safe Chat. Here’s the site :

Yes, you can go to and you can pick a pet choose a color for it and buy cloths you can also play gameswith it.,,,,,,,,,,,, and. All of these are very fun and cool web sites so cool even me a 11 year old loves it and has a user. P.S. i have a user for all of them hope this helps.

honest i don’t now any web site but my Little sister love some game like barbie :this game you must dress the doll what you wont and do the make up
you must find a million of this game in any game store and sure there game (the Sims) in this game you handle with the life of the person the dress and all what you wont to do
